Over the weekend, most of the operating assets of EcoQuest were
acquired by a company in Dallas owned by the Aerus Holdings LLC
group. The sales organization and business of EcoQuest will
continue and, we hope, become stronger and better with the
investment of capital and expertise we plan to bring.

series of
Webinars to address your questions this week.
